There are many reasons why people join a church, and the church is open to all. Whatever the reason for joining a church, the church has a core responsibility of teaching people to renew their minds to the exact reason for being a member.
Whatever the pastor does to that effect, some members who join the church without the right motive suddenly stop.
This is because the member joined the church on the premises of debauchery, sexual immorality, chambering, and lasciviousness. The coinage “Soul and Body” is a situation where a lover brings their sexual partner to become a member of the church. They sometimes fornicate and wake up the next day to come to church together.
Very often, once a breakup occurs, the person who came because of the other suddenly stops coming to church.
The only basis for winning and planting a soul is the word of God; the Bible says that being Born Again is not a corruptible seed but incorruptible by the word of God, which lives and abides.
Let us stay away from fornication and every lust of the flesh, and let us wage good warfare and fulfil our ministry of reconciliation.
